VOLUNTEER
INFORMATION:
Dear Gardens FSC Members;
Our club is hosting the May Day competition the
weekend of May 9th, 10th and 11th. During the weekend we will be feeding
over 40 judges and officials breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We will also
have a hospitality room for coaches to eat in the entire weekend. To feed
this massive amount of people we rely heavily on donations from our
membership. Do you have a specialty that you would like to make for us to
serve during the competition? We are in need of everything from appetizers
and entrees to desserts and snacks. For those who prefer not to cook,
below is a list of non-perishable items we will need for the weekend.
Also, monetary donations are always welcome. If you will be available at
any time during the weekend and would like to help staff the hospitality rooms
please call or e-mail Suzy Lingan at 301 421-4211, slingan@verizon.net
. Please contact me and let me know what you will be able to provide.
Anything you can do will be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
Suzy Lingan - Hospitality Chairperson
